Unfortunately, I did not see Brooklyn, The Martian or The Revenant in time for them to be included in my awards, but I do feel as though the spectrum of films I did see, which was admittedly smaller than usual, encompassed a strong enough range of quality that I still feel as confident about these nominations as I ever have.
